A member of the STADIUM team since 2001, John finished his studies in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University, Montreal and obtained his certification with the Canadian Athletic Therapist’s Association (CATA) in 2003. In order to further his knowledge and skills, he completed his studies in Osteopathy at the Collège d’Études Ostéopathiques de Montréal (CEO) in 2011. He is presently writing his memoir on the impact of osteopathic treatments on the symptoms and balance of athletes suffering from concussion.

Recognised by the Centre National Multisport-Montréal (CNM-M) since 2005 to work with elite athletes, he also works with a variety of clients from all ages.  John is also responsible for the clinic’s external services, such as aquatherapy and sporting event coverage. Therapist with the National Synchronised Swimming Center since January 2005, he has also worked with elite athletes in short track speed skating, beach volleyball, diving, paralympic athletics, jogging and rugby to name a few.

  • World Championships, World Cups and National level competitions – Synchronised swimming, Short Track Speed Skating and Paralympic Athletics
  • World Aquatics Championships FINA 2005 (Montréal) and 2009 (Rome)
  • Olympic Games Beijing 2008
  • Canada Games 2007
  • FIFA U-20 – Montréal 2007
  • Grand Prix Formula 1 – Montréal 2006, 2008 and 2010
  • Marathon de Montréal 2004 and 2007
  • Jeux du Québec 2004

Furthermore, he spent 10 years with the Canadian Armed Forces, from 1995 to 2005 and served with the United Nations in the Middle East in 2001. He obtained the rank of Sargent.

A sport and running enthusiast, John has several running competitions under his belt, including 3 marathons, about 10 half-marathons and a triathlon.

John combines his experiences and professional skills to offer personalised and specific services that meet the needs of each of his patients.
